With great joy and anticipation, I’m delighted to share the details of our next Vanda Scaravelli-inspired Yoga Deepening Week, taking place on the magical island of Ibiza.
This is more than just a retreat—it's a gentle return to self.
Vanda Scaravelli’s therapeutic yoga invites us into a deep state of presence. Through soft, conscious movement and breath, the mind begins to quiet, the body softens, and tension gently dissolves.
During this week, we’ll:
Connect inwardly through the breath
Gently release long-held tensions
Explore the subtle layers of the spine and fascia
Awaken a deep sense of grounded ease and embodied awareness

My classes are based on the Legendary Vanda Scaravelli’s (1908-1999) inspiring and healing principles. With the awakening of the spine we discover more lightness and movement within the body.
